What is Coaching

1:1 coaching involves a personalized, and focused, relationship between you and your coach. Coaching sessions are tailored to the individual's specific needs, providing a supportive and confidential space for discussion, reflection, and guidance.

Working closely with you we identify goals, overcome challenges, and develop strategies for personal or professional growth. I offer feedback, accountability, and tools to help you navigate your journey and achieve your desired outcomes with creativity and joy.

My coaching is designed to move you to greater progress, confidence, momentum, and joy in your life and work. Together we will move your roadblocks and get you on the path to clarity, growth, direction, action, and momentum. 

How it works

• We start with a 30 minute kick-off call to welcome you and discuss the direction of your coaching. This is a casual get-to-know-you type call to make sure we fit and are both happy to progress.

• There will then be a biweekly 60 minute coaching call (2 in the 1 month container, 6 in the 3 month container).

• You will also have access to Slack messaging for continued support (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm GMT).

• You have the offer of an Instagram & website audit (sent via email within 3-4 days of your container starting). In this you will receive constructive feedback and suggestions, should you wish to implement them.
