1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup milk
fruit / nuts (optional)

Pour the oats into a jar and add the chia seeds, honey and milk. Put the lid on and shake well. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast with some chopped fruit and nuts.
