Cheap, warm and comforting...what more can you ask for? It's really easy and won't take you more than 15 minutes from grabbing your ingredients to munching away on.
1 small onion, 3-4 large mushrooms, 3-4 tbsp double cream, a dash of milk, 1 vegetable stock cube, Chilli and season to taste
Fry up your onion in a pan for a few minute, chop and add the mushrooms. Slowly add in the double cream to thicken. Slowly add milk and let it simmer. Add the stock cube in a cup of hot water. Leave to cook for a few minutes, add chilli and season to taste.
