A Trip To Durdle Door In Dorset

Finally, after living on the south coast of England for over 3 years now (how did that happen) I finally visited Durdle Door last weekend with my mum. Only a 45min drive through the English countryside to the Jurassic Coast, and a short walk, we arrived at the stunning coastal site of Durdle Door. A naturally formed hole in the rock face forms a bridge over the swirling crystal blue water of the English channel.

My Mum was visiting for the weekend, for Mothers Day and a general catch up. We managed quite a lot in the weekend from a gallery visit to cocktails and yummy Indian Dosa, a jazz concert and we went to see The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel - which was fantastic!! Here are some of the pictures I took at Durdle Door, including a little tote bag product shoot at the end.

Hope you all had a lovely Mothering Sunday.

What did you get up to?
