Happy Burns Nights to you all. I started the day with my porridge and am making the Viking some Haggis, Neeps n Tatties for dinner tonight. What's a great wee Scottish day I'll have!!
Have you had your porridge?
Put 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup water in a pan and heat for 10mins, stir. Spoon the cooked oats into a bowl, add a little cinnamon, a tspn of honey and some walnuts. A drop of unsweetened almond milk will make it a little creamier, and enjoy!!
